Panel of Applicants:
An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

We are looking for suitable candidates specifically those who have experience working with children with ASD, Intimate care needs and BESD. SNAs may be placed in an Autism Class or mainstream setting or a mixture of both. SNAs must show ability to work on his/her own initiative yet demonstrate an ability to work excellently as part of a team.
Candidates must be willing to undertake CPD courses which relate to the needs of the children & the school and must be available to complete Croke Park hours throughout the year.
Appointment is subject to current Garda Vetting requirements, Occupational Health Screening, completion of Children First online training and satisfactory references.
Applications who are deemed to be members of the SNA Supplementary Panel with supplementary panel rights must furnish a certified copy of a completed Panel Form (PF1) with their application and note 'PF1' in the subject line of the email.

The position is subject to NCSE allocation and SENO review.
Only those candidates shortlisted for interview will be contacted.
